Simple prawn based salad that your husband can make while you watch your favorite show on the television….A good evening snack for quick bite
Ingredients [to serve 2]
- Prawns (Small Ones)- 200 gms. (Peeled off…prefer the ones that are ready to cook)
- Onion-1 small(cut into large pieces)
- Green Bellpepper- 1/3 portion, cut into large pieces
- Red Bellpepper- 1/3 portion, cut into large pieces
- Yellow Bellpepper- 1/3 portion, cut into large pieces
- Broccoli- 2 to 3 small pieces
- Babycorn- 4 to 5 small pieces
- Oil -1 tbsp (preferably olive oil0
Preparation Method
- Clean the prawns (remove the shell and tails…just keep the body meat)
- Heat oil in a pan (preferably olive oil)
- First fry the prawns until they turn brown (do not overcook)
- Take them out in a bowl
- Add the green vegetables to the prawns and mix them well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
